Natasha
Natasha's journey into the world of dog training began over two decades ago, sparked by her early experiences with obedience, agility, and flyball alongside her cherished family dogs—a Sheltie and a Border Collie. Driven by her Border Collie's fear of aggression, Natasha delved into seminars and training classes, honing skills to manage and overcome the issue.
Her palpable passion for dog training reflects a rich tapestry of experiences with various breeds. With expertise and a diverse pack of dogs, Natasha brings a unique perspective to her group classes, fostering deep connections between owners and pets.
Natasha's achievements in flyball and Dock Dog championships highlight her dedication to canine sports. As a coach, she delights in introducing newcomers to flyball, igniting their passion. Her recent venture, Epic K9’s Pool, stands as a testament to her commitment to promoting canine athleticism and enjoyment.
Natasha's 19-year grooming career underscores her holistic approach to canine care. From prestigious salons to managing her own business while raising daughters, she epitomizes versatility and dedication.
Her transition from grooming to training at Doggieville laid the groundwork for her current endeavours. Before Doggieville ownership, Natasha's role as a Puppy Development Trainer showcased her commitment to canine welfare.
Today, Natasha, alongside her daughters and a spirited crew of canine companions, navigates a bustling life, driven by a passion for enriching the lives of dogs and their owners.
Paula
Paula's love for dogs has been a lifelong passion. From her early years, she knew that her retirement would involve dogs in some capacity. In 2015, while waiting for her new goldendoodle puppy, she discovered Doggieville for his care. This marked the beginning of a journey that led her to form a close bond with Natasha, the trainer and groomer at Doggieville. Together, they ventured into the world of dog sports, starting with flyball training for Paula's eager pup, Tedd E Bear. Fate intervened once more when Natasha reached out to Doggieville to rent the gym for flyball practice, only to discover it was for sale. Seizing the opportunity, Paula and Natasha became the new owners of Doggieville on Feb 9, 2024. With a dream fulfilled, Paula is excited to embark on formal training in the canine world and looks forward to many joyful years at Doggieville, providing peace of mind to pet owners while caring for their beloved family members.

Katherine
Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, thanks to my upbringing surrounded by CKC Siberian Huskies, lovingly shown and owned by my family. Growing up in the company of these remarkable creatures ignited a lifelong passion for them. Currently, my life is blessed with the companionship of two extraordinary dogs. Gunner, my cherished Golden Retriever, has been trained for duck hunting and has been a constant source of joy and companionship. Alongside Gunner is Charlie, a rescue from Egypt, who initially struggled with behavioral challenges and fear-based reactivity. However, through patience and unwavering dedication, I've had the privilege of witnessing Charlie's transformation into a confident and trusting companion. His journey has profoundly impacted me, prompting a significant shift in my career path. In 2022, I joined the Doggieville team, where I now serve as Team Lead. My journey with Charlie has inspired me to deepen my understanding and expertise in dog behavior and training, with the ultimate goal of becoming a dog trainer. I am committed to using my experiences and knowledge to empower dogs like Charlie, helping them overcome their fears and live fulfilling lives.

Raised in a household filled with the joyful presence of dogs, I've always known that these furry companions would be an integral part of my life. My journey with dogs took a meaningful turn when I rescued Harvest from Israel, dedicating myself to helping her overcome anxiety and foster confidence. Equipped with a solid foundation in animal behavior and handling, acquired through my studies at Seneca College's veterinary assistant program, I continually strive to expand my knowledge and skills. Completing courses in canine CPR and first aid has further enriched my understanding of animal care. With over a year and a half of professional experience working with animals, including stints at wildlife rehabilitations, I've found my calling in nurturing the well-being of our beloved creatures. Joining the Doggieville team in July 2023 has been a dream come true, allowing me to spend each day surrounded by my favorite animals while contributing to their happiness and welfare.
